Positive: The owner, Mme Chiraz is very kind, she was very helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious and quiet with nice terrace.

Negative: Sometimes google maps doesn't work in places with small streets. A sign at the entrance of the house could help find it.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay in Mahdia. It has a great location at the end of the old town and a few meters from the coastline. The place has beautiful decorations, it is very clean, and the hosts are very nice and helpful. Definitelly recommended!

Positive: Everything went nice and smoothly, the owner is very kind and hospitable and gave me a ride to the louage station that saved me at least a 40 minutes walk. Recommended

Negative: Nothing in particular, hot water needs some time before coming, but this is common everywhere in Tunisia

Positive: Shiraz and her family are absolutely wonderful and so welcoming! Their friendliness & hospitality is unmatched. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The AC is good and all the facilities you could need are available to you. There is an option for breakfast too, which was very good each morning. The balcony with the sea view is also great. The location is ideal also.

Negative: I have seen a few people say the Wi-Fi was not the best. There was one moment where it was poor for about 1 hour, however aside from that, I personally had no problems with it during my stay.

Positive: Located inside the medina, amazing mosaic decorations and traditional furnishings. Friendly host who lives on site. Simple breakfast included. Our room had a large patio, though it was a bit cool to sit outside. The host preferred that we use his kitchen downstairs rather than the stove in our room.

Negative: Small bathroom with a shower that has no curtain (probably normal for an older home in the Medina).

Positive: We had a lovely room with even a bit of a sea view. The house itself is gorgeous, with mosaics on the walls of the inner courtyard and even in some of the rooms, and there are antiques everywhere! The managers are extremely nice and provided us with a marvelous breakfast. There was free parking quite close by, too.

Negative: Nothing! A sign with the name of the Maison d’hôte on the front door would be helpful, though.
