Positive: The staff was extremely cordial. The breakfast and the welcome were very different with a more friendly, personal touch than most places. The housing offering in Mahdia is pretty limited, so this place will fit you and your needs. The balcony and the sunset views are amazing!
Negative: The water flow was not initially constant, there was noise from the room next door which became unpleasant and the level of comfort was not the highest I have seen during my stay in Tunisia.

Positive: We had an amazing stay at Dar Jamila. It's right in the center of everything, yet it feels incredibly tranquil with its absolutely stunning view of the sea. The place itself is beautifully decorated—classy and ornate without being over the top. Our room was super comfy, with all the essentials like great AC, a mini-fridge, and a spacious balcony to enjoy the peaceful views. Plus, the water pressure was on point, which you don’t always get. Brahim, the host, was super welcoming and even offered to do our laundry, which was a lifesaver. The breakfast spread was top-notch, loads of choices and all delicious. Easy parking too, which was super convenient. Overall, it's an excellent spot with great value. Highly recommend Dar Jamila if you’re looking for a place that combines the excitement of the city with a serene escape.
