Summary: We stayed in a luxury suite which was well worth the extra expense, though not a great deal for those from the Global North. Service was excellent in the restaurants and front desk with a centralised tipping system that avoided moments of awkwardness. Breakfasts were amazing with a mixture of Eastern and Western dishes, some cooked order if required. Both of the restaurants were good wit the Garden Terrace offering a wider choice for those wanting a break from Indian cuisine. The service in both was pleasant and attentive. The pool was a welcome facility, prettily and quiet. In fact the garden setting and sense of space made a welcome relief from the bustle, chaos and attraction of Delhi. Perhaps the only minor negative feature was that the hotel was quite a distance from many of the major must-see sites.

Summary: This was truly a wonderful experience to stay at this hotel. The staff couldn’t have done anymore to make our stay wonderful. There was so many special touches like special free drinks around the pool Rose water. My daughter is Celiac and the dining staff were wonderful in making her platters of food that she could eat. The rooms are huge and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel over and over again.

Summary: The hotel was spotless, and the staff were absolutely outstanding, professional, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. When heavy rain unexpectedly caused a leak in our ceiling, they handled the situation incredibly well, relocating us to a similar room within minutes. We also had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and the food was genuinely delicious. A wonderful experience overall. Tip: Might not be a perfect location in Delhi but it doesn’t really matter as you primarily want to go by car / Uber / Taxi around Delhi

Summary: This is a wonderful hotel where the staff simply cannot do enough for you. It's a oasis of calm amongst the hustle and bustle of Delhi. We will definitely return.

Summary: This historic hotel dates back to the British Colonial era and still retains classic details. It is an oasis of park-like grounds, comfortable rooms, friendly attentive service and good food offerings. Of all these features what really makes it special is the staff. You feel welcome and important from the moment you enter until you check out. In our case the general manager went so far as to contact our next Oberoi hotel destination in Agra and ensure we received the same warm reception there.
