Positive: Diya is a truly lovely B&B and was the best hotel I stayed at during my week in India. I’m glad I booked 3 nights here. It is a little challenging to find in a chaotic district, but it is worth the effort, as it is a charming hotel with a lot of character, and is kept impeccably clean, which has been such a relief at the end of a week of traveling. The surrounding streets bustle with life and make me feel like I’m truly in the heart of India. Danish and Safi are attentive hosts and I felt very welcome here. Highly recommend.

Negative: It is a little challenging to find, but this is India, and nothing to do with the hotel itself.

The breakfast was delicious, and I truly had a wonderful stay. I will definitely come back here on my next visit to Delhi. 😊

Positive: Diya B&B was an oasis in the chaos of central Delhi! We felt very welcome and comfortable, the rooms were nicely furnitured and decorated, and the people very nice, polite and supportive. If you want to dive into old Delhi, I would definitely recommend this place!

Positive: Everything and beyond my expectations. This place is like heaven on earth, especially after travelling a long to or threw India. The staff is incredible and will welcome you with kindness and softness. The story of the owner is worth to know. The location is perfect and is the adequate description of India. In the middle of market streets, busy and messy but safe and then the guest house wich is so quiet and beautiful. Anyway, just go, especially between all the scams you find on booking.

Positive: The two brothers that run this Band B couldn’t be more helpful. If this is the district you want to stay in, the value, comfort and cleanliness is exceptional.

Negative: The property is very disclosing that the location is down a narrow street that cars can’t access. With that said, I was traveling solo and female- the owner met me at my taxi on the Main Street at 11pm to walk me in and walked me to my train at 5pm. If you want to stay in this district, this is a great place!

Summary: Clean, comfortable and very well- cared for B and B. Exceptionally helpful owners!
