Set atop 23 private bushland acres, with magnificant valley views, this is a perfect weekend or weeklong getaway for family and friends.
Just 50 minutes from the Hunter wine country, 15 to historic Morpeth and Paterson, 20 to Maitland and 40 to the waterways of Nelsons Bay.
The modern homestead offers excellent accommodation comprising three large bedrooms upstairs, a big family bedroom downstairs, rumpus room with sofa beds, ensuite in master bedroom, full main bathroom with bath and a third shower and toilet.
A huge deck built right across the front of the house is ideal for relaxing or entertaining whilst enjoying the wonderful view.
Enjoy a bit of a challenge playing on the pool/table tennis table in the games room.
Enjoy the surrounding interests - historic towns, golf courses, vineyards and wine tours. Or just veg out and get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Kookaburras, wallabies and possums abound the property.

Summary: House was in good proximity to the wedding venue. Nice and spacious. Great games room for kids which was used a lot due to bad weather. Lovely view from back of house. Great for large family gathering

Summary: My friend group and i were after a summer getaway weekend to relax and overall we were extremely impressed by the house and the owners dedication to our stay. The house was extremely clean and the check in process was extremely simple which is just what you want after a 3 hour drive. The view from the deck was perfect at any time of day and the horse and cows were a perfect addition to the property. Overall i recommend anyone treats them self to a trip at topview farm either with friends or family. Thank you for an amazing weekend.

Summary: We had a great weekend with our extended family. We found our stay Top View Farm, Duns Creek extremely relaxing, the setting was fantastic and the property extremely well appointed. The fireplace and games room were well used and provided plenty of entertainment. We will definitely be coming back again.

Summary: We really enjoyed our long weekend away with our friends! Plenty of room for 2 families. We loved the games room, fireplace and the beautiful outlook. Carolyn was a fantastic host, always very quick to respond!

Summary: It was gorgeous from the moment we arrived it was peaceful and had gorgeous views. I honestly can't think of anything you could do for to improve it was just perfect for us .

Summary: We loved our stay . We came for a Wedding at Morpeth ( Wallalong House ) and it was very convienient . But the tranquility of the surroundings left us not wanting to leave ! The kids loved the animals , we loved it all . It was perfect for our large group and we will definitely be back for a longer stay! Carolyn was so helpful and the house had absolutely everything we needed !

Summary: For a big group of 12 people this was the perfect spot for a weekend away for a local wedding! It was fun feeding the cows and horses, eating brekky on the deck, playing ping pong and sitting in front of the fire!
