Positive: Location just as expected and advised. Friendly host and assistant. Both arrival and departure was in the dark (nighttime). Host generously arranged pick up and delivery each side of our short stay, which was greatly appreciated. Our room was very warm, comfortable and cosy, great bed. Tariff was very reasonable, which suited our budget.

Negative: The cosy room was detached from the main residence and accessed by steps lit by solar light. This was OK, but because the toilet and shower facilities were in the main residence this was a bit inconvenient, specially in the dark and it was raining. OK for me, but not so good for my wife. It was shame that our arrival/departure times were not earlier (Countrylink trains running very late) so we could have appreciated our unique surroundings better.

Summary: A great experience, and very genial host who helped us out of our travel problem.
