Positive: The view was the best, from the house it's self to the sound of the river while your sitting on that porch and taking in the mountain scenery. Truly breathtaking

Positive: The property was located midway between Aspen and Vail. It had 3 bedrooms that were well decorated, comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything you need. The family room is cozy. There is a river right behind the property and view is amazing. The owner, Teri was informed we were arriving on Christmas Day and we requested stocking the fridge with some basic items. Teri was kind enough to help us and stocked the fridge with food items we requested. Thanks, Teri! The Christmas tree added to the experience:-) Getting in and out of the property was not a problem at all. Teri requested if we could shovel the driveway and we did that on the last day.

Negative: There are no restaurants nearby, but the kitchen had all the appliances and pots/ pans etc if you wanted to make a quick meal. It depends on if you want to cook or not:-)

Summary: Fantastic, memorable stay. Very cozy, comfortable and clean home.

Positive: That it was by the River with beautiful views. It worked great for a family. Nice living space. Had a cozy feeling.

Negative: Always away from the nearest town. Didn’t have places to eat around. Had to travel to get groceries. The one bedroom didn’t look like the sheets got washed. There was lady’s hair all over the bed. The bathroom had hair on the inside shower curtain and on the tub. The shower liner was dirty could have been replaced. Couldn’t get the garage to open. Couldn’t use the breeze way. Mattresses in each room was hard.
