Summary: The property is awesome. The Eagle River is right there….in the back yard!!! Out to see my brother & family. Found 70 Willowstone….my brother and family use to live across the street (SMALL WORLD). Anyway…..we were loading up the car to go fishing and I put one of my #6 Streamer hooks into my thumb. My girlfriend is very squeamish and has no experience in hook removal……Soooo that’s when I spotted Gordon out in his driveway. We decided to push it through the other side and cut off the barbed end, which worked perfectly. Gordon’s wire cutter skills proved highly beneficial and saved a hospital visit! Gypsum is great this time of year!! Thanks Gordon… you are The Best!

Summary: We really enjoyed our time at this house and in the surrounding area. Beautiful house with plenty of amenities. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and grill were more than enough to cook some meals when we weren't out adventuring. The neighborhood was very quiet. The river running through the backyard was so peaceful to fall asleep with and watch fishing and rafting go by. We would love to stay here again the next time we're stopping by the area.

Summary: What a great place! So comfortable and spacious with a big kitchen for cooking, a beautiful backyard for games and reading, central location ( we did day trips to Leadville, the Maroon Bells, Glenwood Springs), and the river RIGHT THERE to see, hear and experience!!!❤❤❤ Some of our family who lived close by were able to join us during the day & check on pets at night. I also appreciated the laundry facilities included & all the towels. Super friendly hosts who checked in daily and answered my questions. Thank you!❤❤❤

Summary: We loved, loved this property in Gypsum, Colorado. The house is in a very quiet, good looking neighborhood. The house was very spacious, clean, and just perfect for our family. This space has all the amenities you want in a vacation home. It is on a great location in Colorado with golf courses, Nottingham lake, and the Vail Pass just a short ride away. Highly recommend this property and we would stay there again. Excellent job from the host.

Summary: We enjoyed this vacation home as we explored CO destinations such as Glenwood Springs, Vail, Aspen and Basalt looking for fishing and hiking spots. This house was well stocked, clean and modern, and had a great river view.

Summary: We will definitely be staying here again in the future. This property is in a great location if traveling with kids. Located in a cul-de-sac that doesn't get much traffic. The kids could bike and play in the front without us worrying about cars. There are a few parks located within 5 minutes of the house. Vail is a 30 minute drive and there are a lot of beautiful hikes close by. The river in the backyard is the best part of this house. Open the windows at night to enjoy the sound of the river. 10 out of 10 rental!
