Summary: All was good with the property, clean, easy check in, everything worked as intended. Great area to access beach, walks for exercise and getting to local restaurants. One of the phantom screens malfunctioned during the last day, but didn't affect where we socialized that night, and I have those same screens at home, so I understood they can be finicky Great place to stay for kids and adults.

Summary: Our family had a wonderful experience staying in this beautiful home. The house was perfect. Was immaculately clean and well cared for. Everything we needed was easily accessible and available - VERY well curated. The pool area was delightful and the interior was very spacious. Pictures do not really do it justice as to how large the home was. It was also just a short walk to a quiet section of beach. Very highly recommend for families or groups.

Summary: This home was very well thought out. Plenty of room for everyone and very beautifully decorated. Perfect location in proximity to the beach for the summer. We had the pool heated which was fun for the kids since it was chilly out and they couldn’t play at the beach. Management was very quick to respond when we needed anything. This home was one of our favorite rentals we have stayed at.

Summary: The house is absolutely stunning and has everything you could ever need during your stay. We made dinner multiple nights and found the kitchen was very well stocked. The house was immaculate and had so many thoughtful touches! We LOVED the ice machine :) The outdoor space was probably our favorite part as we spent many hours in the pool and on the covered patio. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!!

Summary: This is a comfortable, "like new" home with all the space and amenities I was looking for 4 couples and 6 young grandchildren. At the top of the list was the pool and the outdoor bathroom, the large, well-equipped kitchen and 3 separate living areas (2 down and 1 upstairs). Every bedroom had its own bathroom and the 6-person bunk room was a major hit with the kids. Other great features include 2 laundry rooms, a bar and a luxurious master suite. Best of all, the beach is an easy 5-minute walk away. Thank you for sharing this wonderful home with us!

Summary: Wading Inn was perfect house for my family to enjoy Thanksgiving week. Three BR suites on second floor with bunk room perfectly suited two married sons, one single son and four grandchildren. My wife and enjoyed the master suite on the first floor. The open floorplan on main level kept us together at all times. Weather was a bit too cool for the little ones on the beach. The heated pool more than adequately replaced the beach. You provided everything we needed for our week, even down to the apple corer for children snacks. Thsi property is recommended to all interested.
