Summary: Our stay at this 6-bedroom oceanfront home in St. Simons was an exceptional experience. We loved the location in East beach, the spacious layout, and inviting touches throughout the recently renovated house. The pool area is large and inviting. The kitchen had all we needed, and we enjoyed gathering around the large dining room table for meals, conversations, and crafts for the kids. The host was welcoming, responsive to questions, and committed to making our stay relaxing and comfortable. We were pleased to find that the St. Simons East beach is very wide at low tide, with more gentle waves than we are used to in our own beach community - good for swimming - and great for walking. St. Simons has lots of good restaurants at every price point. In short, we give this property very high marks and are super glad that we booked it.

Summary: We just returned from a four night stay with three families celebrating the end of the school year. The home is decorated beautifully, everyone had plenty of space and we loved how easy it was to gather in the well-stocked kitchen, living room, and back patio for cookouts every night. A direct five minute walk down the path to the beach was also a bonus. We hope to come back very soon!

Summary: Overall we really enjoyed our stay! The property manager was very responsive with a couple questions we had. The only drawback was that we could not walk on the path to the beach because of all the rain - it was basically muddy puddles. The beach is only a short 5 minute walk away so it was all fine.

Summary: We loved our stay at this home. It has the perfect location on East Beach. The pool was so good to have and we heated it because it was chilly the week we went in April. The home had all the towels, beach gear, some bikes, games, etc. Great furnishings and the Apple TV was also nice to have to watch movies at night. Check in and out was smooth and we will stay here again.
