Positive: Beautiful view and property location. Well equipped. Would have been an amazing place for a large family or group of friends. Nice to have a fireplace but it was a little difficult to start up. The hot tub was relaxing but we were unable to get one side of the tub jets to work.

Negative: There were a number of outdoor lights needing bulb replacement. The yard needed some clean-up. Cleaning fee for 2 guests staying 3 days was pricey. We were also requested to strip the bed and remove all garbage to a dump not on site.

Positive: It was quiet, great view, close to waynsville, and we liked the separate bathrooms.

Negative: The house smelled liked it had sewer issues and the smell was all through the house at times. Most of us couldn’t stand being in the basement. Would have loved to play pool.

Summary: Over all it was nice and relaxing !!
