Must be at least 22 years old to rent.
You will need to complete a rental agreement after booking with us, provide
proof of ID for verification purposes, and provide a $300 security deposit hold.
This hold will take place a few days before your booking and will be released a few days after your booking.
These things will be needed in order to receive any check-in information.
UP TO 2 DOGS ARE ALLOWED PER STAY, but you must select pets at the time of booking. The pet fee will automatically be included in the listed (host) fees. If this is not selected at the time of booking, there will be an additional $125 pet fee charged. Additional dogs may be considered, on a case by case basis. If approved, an extra fee will apply. Guests must clean up after their dogs in the yard and neighborhood.

It is an easy drive to the property. It is a hilly area, but there are no steep or dangerous roads to climb.
While we are located very close to the strip of Maggie Valley, we are in a small neighborhood area.
There are houses to the left and right of our cottage.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the Cottage in Maggie Valley. The cottage was updated, clean and ready for our check in. The games in the bunk room was a huge hit with the kids too. It was a prime spot being surrounded by hiking trails, mountain views and shopping. We loved the new construction of Soco Falls, the MST trail, the Blue Ridge Parkway look outside, Waterrock Knob hike and spending the day in Cherokee.

Summary: Beautiful Home, with all the newest and up to date features, literally everything is brand-new, absolutely gorgeous, they did a superb job with this rental, labeled everything so you knew what switch did what, had pet accessories already there, even had poop bags & holder neatly labled in octagon box by the door up on the wall, the kitchen nicely stocked, I enjoyed the keruig coffee maker and the choices of coffee they offer for you to try, my spouse and I had game night and had a blast playing each other in the spare bedroom game room, brought back memories of the 80s with Pac Man, and Galaga, Space Invaders, Galaxian, then we went 3out 3 rounds with the foosball table game, the jacuzzi was nice, wasnt as hot went we first arrived, 97 luke warm, but thats understandable as they empty it and clean it out after every guest, the second & 3rd night we got it to reach 102, which is what we're use to with our own jacuzzi back home, the early mornings with 67 degrees was fantastic, late at night the jacuzzi was relaxing after exploring adventuring out in the mountains, home provides all the towels you need ,bath towels jacuzzi towels, the master bedroom very spacious and comfortable,den with the built in dog crate end tables were a plus, we didnt have to travel with ours, his big comfy dog bed, that fit perfectly inside their crate built in ,loved the feature of having the safety gate locks on both ends of the porch for our dog, loved it here, will definitely be back ,magnificent
