Positive: Every aspect of the stay was made memorable from start to finish. From the warm greeting you receive on arrival. Right to the departure. Throughout the stay, you are well looked after. The staff go out of their way to make it worthwhile. Everyone works together as part of a cohesive team to create an almost utopian environment and this reflects and can be seen clearly when there. The teamwork is absolutely impressive. Special thanks to Lynn, who added so much to our trip and certainly made it a lot better for us. Does such fantastic work and for that we are grateful. The food is top notch here. Variety on the daily. Lots of options to choose from and the food is flavourful , fresh. You can tell a lot of effort goes into it. Professional chefs, hosts/hostesses, wait staff all round, again working together to provide a seamless experience. I do hope to come back here at some point. Thank you all for the wonderful and memorable experience.

Positive: We truly enjoyed the privacy the resort provided, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to our butler, Martini, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. The Fun Club added so much excitement to our experience, even helping us arrange a wonderful dolphin encounter. Special thanks as well to the amazing staff at Fahrenheit Restaurant and Mojito Bar for their outstanding service. We deeply appreciate everyone who took care of all our needs and made our stay truly unforgettable.
