Negative: A railing should be installed at the front door steps. Also, a railing by the steps where you enter the pool is a must. Some sort of accent color at the edge of the step from the exit stoop from the kitchen would be desirable. It is a real tripper and should be looked into. The gas grill should be cleaned by housekeeping.

Summary: Probably the nicest house we have ever rented. All high end finishes and appliances.
