Positive: it was a good location. 1 block from the beach. There is a grocery store across the road. We were glad there were beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach wagon, and beach towels to use. There are plenty of restaurants you could walk to if willing to walk5 - 6 blocks. Pillows were a bit firm for my liking. The condo was stocked with cookware, coffee maker, filters. It had enough laundry soap for 3 loads. Was stocked with hotel size shampoo,etc; however, we always bring our own, so was not a problem. We recommend Gabbys a short walk down the beach for a sunset meal or drinks. They had live music on the weekend at the snack shack on the beach. The staff there were very nice. There is a miniature golf course across the road and the kids enjoyed feeding the alligators. Thank you for a great vacation.

Negative: It was chilly at night. A hot tub would be an awesome addition.
