Summary: We stayed over for one night. Concierge was great upon arrival, and staff were very welcoming. Reception area smelt lovely as we walked in and the surrounding are immaculate. The room was lovely, comfortable bed and plenty of room for the 2 of us. Had a drink in the bar but didn't actually eat in the hotel as we like to go out and about

Summary: We had 4 rooms booked as we had an event at Windsor Castle the next day. We had one car between the 4 rooms and were heavily dissuaded by your concierge not to use the hotels car park. We were parked at the garage at the back and kept being told how expensive the parking was and how we would be charged 2 days even though we wouldn’t have even been there 18 hours.. This caused us problems and to be late for our event that evening too. It was not a great start .
