Positive: Excellent location, close to public transportation. The host was communicating with us before arrival, and they greeted us in the apartmnet. It was very clean and well equipped. We got a complimentary coffee and a bottle of wine, which was not expected. I needed some help with something work related, I texted the host and she immediately got back to me and helped me.

Negative: Everything was excellent/

Positive: Really fantastic staff member met me to check me in. Good size apartment, comfortable for a group of 6. Great location. Amazing view.

Positive: The property was clean throughout, the beds were comfy and the host left us some wine and coffee which was a cute touch. The balcony was fab and the location was great!

Negative: The only thing I would say is that the smallest room (downstairs at the bottom of the stairs) - the door cannot close because the bed is in the way. Not a problem for my friends but something to be aware of.

Positive: The location was excellent. It’s in a lively neighborhood, but not a “party” neighborhood. There are restaurants, gelato and a gathering spot/ park with drinks kiosk just around the corner. The views from every window are amazing. The roof top terrace views are breathtaking. The perfect spot to enjoy the sun on your face while sipping a glass of wine.

Negative: Three flights of stairs might be difficult for some, but this didn’t negatively impact our stay.

Summary: We loved it! Our host Laura was excellent. Would book again!

Positive: We visited with a family of five. We liked the layout of the apartment, the terrace, and the view. It was spacious enough for our family. The apartment has two bedrooms, kitchen, and living area on main level and one more bedroom on the upper level. The location was also very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely rent this place again. It's important to note that the building doesn't have an elevator /lift and the apartment is on the third floor. It was not a problem for us at all. Just something to keep in mind for travellers with mobility issues.

Negative: We used the washer and dryer a few times. I didn't like the dryer because it was very noisy and didn't dry clothes well. Maybe I didn't understand how to operate it properly. It would be helpful to have instructions in English.

Positive: This apartment has the most amazing view of Lisbon and is in a great area near restaurants and bars. My friends and I had a great stay here, it was spacious, quiet and super clean, would definitely come back.

Negative: There is no elevator and as it’s a few floors up you have to go up some stairs but it isn’t too bad.

Positive: The area was wonderful. A few short walking minutes to Praça Das Flores ~ one of the quaintest garden areas with restaurants and hang out spots. I loved being in a residential area, rather than a touristy area, which can be a little bit much. Meeting Laura at check-in was a delight. She was so friendly and helpful! The kitchen is very decently stocked, and we were happy to have delicious coffee and a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. We were a family of 4 and found the apartment to be spacious enough for us. The views from the terrace were absolutely stunning, and I loved how quiet and serene the neighborhood was. There is a great pilates studio called The Kynd Space, which is about a 4 minute walk from the property. Overall, it was a wonderful stay! Tip: download an app called Bolt for car pick-ups if you don't feel like walking, and an app called Glovo for grocery and food deliveries.

Negative: The 3 flights of stairs can be tough for persons with fitness or mobility issues, not to mention the hilly pathways that Lisbon is famous for. Both shower spaces in the bathrooms can be challenging to manage if one is tall in stature. It was not a problem for me, personally, but something to note.
