Beautiful mahogany hardwood floors and plenty of natural night flow throughout the home's open, airy layout. Other special highlights include an extra large King Bed Suite and the second Queen Bed suite for your rest and ultimate comfort.
Enjoy gatherings in the generously-sized living/dining area graced by a Large Screen TV and all Leather Furniture. Huge windows and glass sliding doors lead out to the waterfront balcony which has its own deluxe seating area to watch the boats sail by or to enjoy the sunset.
The gourmet kitchen will inspire your inner chef with its granite counters, Bar top table with seating, large pantry, and all stainless steel appliances including Fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and washer and dryer.
The King Bed Master suite offers an en suite tiled shower with a separate Jacuzzi tub and shower and granite double vanity.There is also a large walk in closet with lots of room for storage. The Queen Suite guest bedroom has its own private bath with tub and shower.

Summary: The location of this bright, spacious and comfortable condo was perfect for our trip. Many of the major Charlottetown landmarks (and restaurants and shops) are within walking distance, and the convenient parking space that comes along with the unit made it easy to come and go as we toured other parts of the island. The condo is well equipped with just about everything we needed, and when we had a question for our host, he was quick to respond and very helpful.

Summary: We rented this condo for a family visit to a niece at UPEI. There was lots of room for everyone with the 3 bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked, furniture was comfortable and we enjoyed the washer-dryer as it was part of a longer trip to many East Coast Universities. The things that really stood out though were the patio overlooking the water. Even in November it was protected from the wind and warm in the sun. The unit was an easy walk into the centre of Charlottetown with its history and many restaurants and the parking was easy, especially nice was the two parking passes for the building’s lot which made it easier for our niece to visit us. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Summary: Amazing water front downtown location. Fantastic restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. We also enjoyed watching the cruise ships pull up in front of our balcony. This suite is clean and extremely well appointed with anything you may need. Highly recommend!

Summary: This property was even better in person. Immaculate, excellent location and comfy beds. In the heart of Old Charlottetown and only a short stroll to every restaurant and shop in town. Added bonus of seeing the cruise ships from the balcony, which has very comfortable furniture!! I would definitely stay here again, but longer this time. There were just two of us but 6 would be well accommodated. Highly recommend. Fabulous place.
