Excellent choice of holiday for families or couples. One of very few Villas in Playa Blanca to have a full tourist license (VV-35-3-0002344). Spacious, exceptionally well equipped villa. Very private with walled and landscaped gardens giving all year colour. Large sun terraces with beautiful patio furniture providing an excellent level of comfort. Superb panoramic views across to Fuerteventura and neighbouring islands. Comfortable alfresco dining area for up to 10 people where you can enjoy long lazy evenings over dinner. Many of our guests return time after time which is testament to the quality and privacy that you will find at our villa. Complimentary wifi is available for our guests! Four sets of golf clubs are available for guest use on request-Free of charge. Two supermarkets and several restaurants are within 3 min walk - including 2 local bars that show all major sporting events on large TVs.The villa is located in a quiet residential area where our guests can enjoy a quiet, peaceful and relaxing holiday with dining and shopping a short stroll away.

Summary: We had a very chilled holiday at this wonderful villa. Everything was faultless from the initial booking to sadly leaving. Lovely restaurants, bars and supermarket within a 2 minute walk. Excellent bus service to Playa Blanca which is lovely. Taxi was only 5 Euros. We spent every day in the pool which is lovely and well maintained. Mainly ate at the villa and home cooked . Thank you Fergus for everything and we will be looking for availability in the future

Summary: Absolutely fantastic. The Villa is exactly how it looks on the photos. 2 minutes to a few restaurants and bars. And the bus service into Playa Blanca is excellent. No 30 and is every 30 minutes.

Summary: This was our first time at villa Ruth, everything was fabulous from Fergus and his wonderful communication, to the location of the villa and the first impressions of Faro Park. The outdoor space of the villa is fantastic, all bedrooms a great size and a wonderful view of the volcano from the main bedroom with adjoining terrace. The outdoor space has a wonderful covered eating space, large bbq, fantastic outdoor sofas and chairs and sun loungers too, which provide many outdoor opportunities for relaxation and dining. We loved that this villa is just outside Playa Blanca yet had shops bars and restaurants within walking distance. We spent many days and evenings at the Marina Rubicón which has lovely restaurants and shops too.,There is parking for cars too. We just loved this villa and will definitely be returning very very soon. Thankyou Fergus, for sharing your fabulous Lanzarote home x

Summary: The villa is in an ideal location on Faro Park with a regular bus service into Playa Blanca which runs hourly and costs 1 euro 40. Alternatively it is about an hours stroll along the lovely sea front into the resort.There are a good selection of bars and restaurants as well as supermarkets in the road adjoining the villa.The villa itself is beautiful, peaceful with a heated pool, well kept garden, patio and bbq area.Weather was perfect in January with temps of 21 to 24 degrees each day.The villa has everything you need, is well furnished and has a great full SKY package on the TV.Fergus the owner was great and kept in regular contact during the booking process. A lovely touch was arriving to a bottle of chilled wine, some grocery essentials and a lovely box of cream cakes.Perfect break from the snow and ice!!

Summary: Villa Ruth is a home from home. Well maintained property with a great indoors and outdoor area. Highlight for us was the covered terrace where many evenings were spend chilling out under the fairy lights.

Summary: a very nice, clean villa with lots of comfort. very good facilities and comfortable beds. the heated pool is a highlight. The location of the villa is just outside of Playa Blanca but you can reach Playa Blanca center in 5 minutes and there is also a small supermarket and nice restaurants right here. All in all a great week... we'd love to come back. Many thanks to Fergus for the hospitality and the quick, uncomplicated contact. Kerstin and friends
