This high quality modern villa with 200 sqm is distributed on 2 levels. All living rooms are fully air-conditioned.
On the first level, the villa has a beautiful, spacious living-dining area with a fully equipped open kitchen and cooking block, a bedroom with a box spring bed, a shower room and a storage room with steam iron and ironing board.
On the 2nd The villa also has a master bedroom with a box spring bed, a bedroom with a box spring bed and a shower room. From the master bedroom you reach the balcony equipped with furniture.
The open living-dining area gives a beautiful view of the garden with lemon and orange trees and the large private infinity pool (8.2 x 4.70). From the living-dining area you get to the large terrace with tasteful, comfortable patio furniture that invites you to linger in the morning, at noon and in the evening. A Weber grill is of course also available. You can eat right next door on the terrace at a large table for 6 to 8 people under a maxi parasol.

Summary: This house is located in a really quite area, perfect to enjoy the silence, especially in the relaxing salt pool. The house itself is perfect for families and offers all you need for a nice vacation trip. Everything was top and with high quality. A car is prefered to reach restaurants and grocery stores. We will come back :-)

Summary: I have rented a lot of Villas, in a lot of locations and this is one of the best. The villa is spacious, modern, incredibly well equipped and beautifully cared for. The quality of the fixtures and fittings are top notch, Peter and Anke have thought of everything. The location is peaceful and quiet, although it is quite a way up a windy road. I would say our car was invaluable. Although when we worked out the public transport it was very easy to use. There isn't a great deal for foodies (that we found) in walking distance but plenty of choice on Port Andraxt, Palma and Puerto Portales again which are very easy to reach by taxi or bus. The only minor thing I think would improve the villa/experience is a bit more detail about the facilities close by, maybe details of bus routes, taxi details and restaurant bar recommendations in the villa information book. To summarise, an absolutely beautiful villa that we as a family would highly recommend.

Summary: Property was exactly how it is described on the website, it is clean and well maintained. The property had everything you require for the stay. There is a beach about 10 minutes walk from the villa and Santa Ponca beach within 10 minutes drive. We would highly recommend the property.
