Positive: The location was good in respect of bars, restaurants, the beach and public transport. The bar and restaurant are reasonably priced.

Negative: The beds were very hard. Lighting in the room was very dim making it very difficult to use the facilities in an evening. The rooms are quite small. Read the facility information carefully. We didnt, meaning we didnt realise that sunloungers around the pool are an additional cost. Personally, I think this is ridiculous when you've paid to stay in a hotel. The pool area is very small - way too small for the size of the hotel. We wanted coffee in an evening and were told we couldn't have one. It was u clear whether the machine was out of order or if they had just stopped serving. The hotel is very noisy at night. Several nights we were woken at 1 or 2 am with people running around or shouting. Despite going to the 24/hrs reception desk, there was no one there to inform.

Negative: The walls and the ceilings looks very bad, with infiltration. The bathroom door looks very bad also. The apparemment were we started need rehabilitation urgently

Positive: Location was excellent. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Negative: For the money you pay, the facilities were a bit outdated, the apartment room was ok. Aircon was leaking and they did come and fix it, however it then continued to drip.

Negative: Water was cut off one day due to a pipe cut. No water for hours. Also, having to pay for beach chairs at the pool is silly. Most of the staff was very helpful and kind. I was surprised that Santa ponça did not feel like Spain. It felt more like Blackpool. There were more Irish pubs than tapas bars.

Summary: I probably would not recommend this hotel to friends.
