Built next to the sea, in an amphitheater spot, with wooded vegetation and a panoramic view of the Ionian Sea and the green landscape of Zakynthos, our property is a unique vacation spot.
Our villa, surrounded by a natural environment of incomparable beauty, with unlimited sea and mountain views and direct access to the coast, is a summer - and not only - holiday dream.
The ground floor includes a living-dining room, wc, kitchen and two bedrooms, (each with its own bathroom) and the first floor the roof – an office space with a bathroom and a bedroom with its own bathroom and access to the veranda, under the pine trees with view of the sea and the bay of Agios Nikolaos.
All bedrooms have king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. They are fully equipped with high quality mattresses, have air conditioning, open wardrobes and smart TVs.
The living room consists of a single, modern space with a dining table, corner sofa and smart TV. The kitchen has all the electrical appliances, small appliances, and of course all the cooking utensils and accessories required.
The roof - above the living room - approximately 20 m2, with a two-seater sofa (which becomes a bed), an office and its own bathroom, is intended as a place for work, reading and contemplation. It can also host up to 2 people.
The outdoor space is dominated by the patio with the hydromassage and the outdoor dining area (just off the kitchen) and the continuous swimming pool with the relaxing sunbeds and the garden lounge.
Plaka Beach is 600 metres from DIOM Villas - Coastal Escape, while Mavratzi Beach is less than 1 km away. The nearest airport is Zakynthos International Airport, 17 km from the accommodation.

Summary: We had a great stay at the villa, the villa is perfect located to the besche. The owners of the villa are very nice and helpful. The villa has it all to have a wonderful holiday!

Summary: Just back from a week in this beautiful villa with an amazing view ! This is a new high quality villa with a great pool and deck area. Plenty of room for our party of 6, each bedroom with separate bathrooms with powerful showers (additional bathroom upstairs on The master bedroom level which was very handy). The air conditioning is excellent and managed to keep the villa at a perfect temperature despite the significant heat outside. Excellent large Gas BBQ. 5 min walk to a very nice sandy beach with no rocks / pebbles as you wade out into the sea. WiFi is good.. Suggestion for anyone travelling from outside Greece might be to bring a HDMI cable to plug laptop / iPad into the TVs with VPN if you want to watch any TV In your language. Because the Villa is in a more remote area of the island Taxis can be difficult (or expensive as they need to travel from the main town) however we found that some of the local restaurants were happy to pick you up. The Villa owners were excellent and extremely responsive. I would be happy to recommend this Villa to anyone, you will not be disappointed!
