Positive: The property is very nice, quiet, child friendly. Is really an oasis of tranquility. There is room to play in the garden The cleaning services are great - daily cleaning. The location is very close to Gerakas Beach, and also other nice beaches - only a few minutes by car.

Positive: It's the perfect place to stay at Zakynthos. We were 4, we stayed 6 nights. It's very close Gerakas beach one of the best beaches of the island (you can go walking). Also very close to St Nikolai beach. Many restaurants nearby. The place is quiet, very beautiful, surrounded by olive trees, comfortable, clean (they clean it every day). It has a very pleasant terrace. The hosts are very nice and welcoming. George took me on a quick tour of Vasilikos on his scooter when we arrived, to show me the best restaurants of the area (very good recommendations), where to shop and the beaches. He also gave us 2 sun umbrellas for the stay.

Negative: It was perfect.

Positive: I loved my stay here. The house is comfy, simple in an elegant style and spotlessly clean. The garden is stunning. I fell in love with one of the cats (Suzie) and of course like previous guests with Georgio and the lovely Agatha. They are such kind hosts who really do care that you have a great stay and a great holiday. It's rare to find such dedicated hosts. They work so hard. The area is wonderful. I came in April and the countryside is literally covered in spring flowers and the fabulous beach is still quiet. If you book make sure to ask how to walk up and behind the complex to the lookout. Just before the look out you can take the long walk down to the beach. It's a stunning walk especially at this time of year. One more thing...... Georgio's favourite thing to say is "It's beautiful" about the island, the weather, the nature, the beach. He's right ❤️
