Watch morning mists, changing wave patterns, white sailing ships, and cloud shadows dance against the stunning backdrop of sister isle, St. Kitts, while poolside, on the first-floor patio, the upstairs verandah, great room, or any bedroom. Enjoy evening cocktails and nibbles while watching sunsets as they lead into indescribable nights of magical moon shadows.
The home's interior is gracious and comfortable - Guests can choose from one of two upstairs bedrooms, each with a queen bed, private ensuite bathroom, and verandah access. Equally enticing is the first-floor bedroom, its two walls of glass opening to the outdoors, and an onyx-tiled bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. Summary: We fell in love with this property! It is absolutely stunning in person. Everything we could’ve needed was there, including a bottle of wine and foods to make breakfast our first morning there! Very thoughtful home! The property manager was incredibly helpful, from setting up our water taxi over from Kitts to renting a care for our family of 6! We can’t imaging staying anywhere else and will be back for sure!

Summary: Villa Tres Jolie was the perfect haven for our family of five. The house is beautiful and well- appointed with everything we needed, and the setting of the outdoor space, pool and view of the ocean, Saint Kitts and gorgeous nightly sunsets is breathtaking. Kathleen and Suzanne offered recommendations, helped with arrangements for restaurants, a rental car, and transportation-which left us to simply escape and enjoy being together.We spent the majority of our time relaxing and sharing meals at the house but had fun adventures hiking Mount Liamuiga and taking a snorkeling and sailing trip as well. Restaurants on the beach were fun and casual, and restaurants on the mountain offered incredible atmospheres not to be missed. But above all, it was the amazing home that was the real highlight. We all felt very thankful to be able to spend a week there and have such a welcoming and memorable experience.

Summary: This house is extremely comfortable and classy. The furniture and art are beautiful. The kitchen is very well equipped if you choose to cook. There is plenty of glassware, tableware, cookware etc. if you don't want to cook, there are plenty of very nice restaurants nearby. Everything worked, appliances, faucets... etc. The pool was clean and refreshing and the patio is a perfect place to watch the sunset. The view of St. Kitts was wonderful. Watching the pelicans was lots of fun. The grounds are beautiful with very nice plantings and everything was nicely manicured. My impression is that this place was built solidly and expensively. Suzanne, the owner, and Doreen, the manager, were both extremely helpful. They offered up lots of helpful information. Doreen even brought us eggs from her farm. The beach in front isn't the greatest as it isn't really sandy, but you can swim if you like. Not far away are very pretty beaches with plenty of sand. I liked the beach and restaurant at Chrishie's beach club, it was laid back and friendly there. This is a great place to go for a nice relaxing getaway. We all loved it.

Summary: This was our 4th trip to Nevis and our first time staying at Cliffdwellers. We visited for my niece's wedding on the island and we were so fortunate have this lovely villa as our Nevis home while there. From the start, working with Kathleen, the property owner, was a pleasure. She was a most gracious hostess with great communication and when she learned our trip was delayed a day due to a flight cancellation, she offered us a refund for the missed night without us even mentioning it to her. Acts like that are not common these days, and we were grateful for this gesture. The property manager, Suzanne, was very welcoming and helped us with our arrival and departure, as well as providing, among other things, some essentials for breakfast, which we all appreciated so much after a long day of travel. The home itself was even better than the pictures show. It was spacious (we have teenagers, so space is quite important!), extremely clean and the location can't be beat. Our teens were able to snorkel safely right in front of the villa, as my husband and I sipped cold drinks on the screened-in patio, enjoying the beautiful view of St. Kitts in the distance. By the way, that screened-in patio is electronically controlled and we loved having the ability to open or close the screens as needed - I think that was my husband's favorite feature! The infinity pool was also a highlight - well maintained and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the fans and air conditioning made our stay even more comfortable. I look forward to returning to Tres Jolie soon! If you are looking for a gem of a property to stay at while visiting the beautiful island of Nevis, this spot is highly recommended. You won't be disappointed.
