Positive: Very helpful, friendly staff. Very spacious room with absolutely everything you need for your stay.. The safety box - a new experience, it can also be locked with a key. Loved the beach/swimming !! It's easy getting a bus into town - Cross over the road going right & flagg it to stop. I wasn't at a bus stop, when I saw it coming up the road passing Hamiltons ((I was walking up the road towards the roundabout as wasn't sure the bus came past Hamiltons- it does) : )

Positive: Great location but you need a car or taxi driver to explore the island. Staff were very helpful. The apartment was excellent. Pool was good for cooling down in. Other restaurants within walking distance.

Positive: We loved the staff, our room was super spacious. The TV at night was hard to figure out and didn't allow casting from cellphone but that is a minor problem on such a beautiful island. The resort was beautiful and the beach was a dream although the waves are rougher on this side compared to Nevis. The property did have 2 pools but they did not appear as advertised [again slightly minor issue with such a lovely beach on the property but it would have been nice to swim in the pool without being surrounded by bushes and bugs]. So I would give them a 9 out of 10 for those two minor issues that may not be an issue for other guests. We would stay here again. The grill on the property is totally worth it and the food was Michelin star worthy, so fresh and the staff was amazing.

Negative: There were no hangars or hooks to hang your clothing, jackets, or wet towels. That was just odd.

Positive: Nice beach. Beautiful sunsets and view to St Kitts Restaurant in property

Negative: Proposed transfer from airport for $160 for 2. You can spend half by taking the speed boats from Basseterre. Location shown in booking is in fact the one for the 4 seasons. Real location is about 2-3 miles north far from everything. Took them 2 days to fix a very loud noise from the AC compressor outside the house. Beach has been packed by cruise travelers leaving no seats for hotel guests. Service at restaurant is a little slow. They chase you to make a presentation about sort of time share proposal.
