Guests have to please be mindful of their surroundings and neighborhood. Please keep the volume down after 9 pm, and no parties allowed. Please note: surveillance cameras have been placed outside the property (one overlooking the porch and one overlooking the driveway) to ensure guest safety.
NEW: Please note: There is now a newly renovated completely seperated basement apartment unit created for smaller groups of Airbnb guests who are allocated 2 parking spots on the right side of the driveway. These guests enter the basement apartment unit located at the back of the home via the walkway to the left of the home. You may park your vehicles to the left side of the driveway in case your booking overlaps with theirs to accomodate. If you have more than 2 cars, you may park on the street, unobstructing traffic. The basement unit has the same rules applied to the upper unit, no parties, quiet hours after 9 pm to ensure a smooth guest experience for all and to ensure minimum noise transfer between the 2 units to maintain a peaceful environment for all.
In addition, as there are guests staying in the basement unit which may overlap with your dates in the upper unit, I would appreciate it if you could be courteous and respectful as to keep the noise to a minimum especially after 9 pm as after this time it is considered quiet hours. In addition, I have a strict no party policy in place.

Summary: It’s new but could use better furniture also the town of Thor hold are dishonest and take advantage of foreigners they put up a no parking sign up in the middle of the week and gave me a ticket the same day.

Summary: The house was very nice and clean, but some essentials need improvement. The main reason for the rental was for a place to sleep and eat after spending time at a family celebration in the Niagara region. We found the beds to be less than desired. In bedroom 2 the Jingxun mattress was too soft and sunk down too much. In bedroom 1 the mattress sunk lower that the edge of the bed frame. In bedroom 3 the bed frame was falling apart, leaving an uneven mattress support. Regarding amenities, we couldn't find some of the items in the listing or photographs. We never did find the jetted bathtub. The couch in the living room didn't feel safe with the brick holding up one corner. If you address these things it would be an excellent rental for visitors to the Niagara region that just need a place to stay at the end of an exciting day.

Summary: Couch chair leg was broken and was being held up by prices of wood that would shift when someone sat down. But overall the house was very nice, spacious and well equipped. Not overly kid friendly if you plan on spending a lot of time in the house as there is a lot of glass furniture!

Summary: We thought home location was great and also spacious for my family for 9 of us. The amount of cleaning fee was charged the house was not clean. Linens were not sufficient and quality of linens were not great.

Summary: 5 day holiday to visit Niagra house was very nice and good location for local attractions Not convinced that all beds had been changed as blood spots on sheets in master not the fault but host but his cleaning company Bed in master not built properly had to put mattress on floor host was very responsive to all messages

Summary: This house is amazing for a family as it is so spacious! We went as an end of summer Niagara get away, and it is so close to outlets, and the falls! The pen centre is also not far away. Its quiet and restful, so you can get a good nights sleep. The host is super responsive, and greatful for his support during our stay. I recommend anyone to stay in this amazing spot. Clean and affordable! Thank you for having us!!!

Summary: This home was in a great location and a great size. I would have given it a five-star review, but when we got there there was leftover food in the fridge and food also left in the microwave. I had to clean them both out. The beds were less than desirable. They are IKEA mattresses that are already starting to cave in. The bed in the master bedroom was broken, which meant we had to bring the mattress on the floor. If a few improvements are made, this would be a fantastic house!
