Summary: Beautiful hotel in a quiet area with great amenities. Everything went smoothly. The only surprise was the daily parking fee, but otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!

Summary: Have stayed many times over the last 6 years, as my daughter was going to Brock University. I always booked a room with 2 double beds, and got a beautiful room with a bedroom and sitting area, frig, closet etc. this time double room with 2 beds no closet or hangers or dresser for clothes ironing board and iron just sitting on floor, plus a wine frig, temp of 67 when checked in. The front desk gentlemen was not helpful when asked about sitting outside and bar help didn’t know what drinks were available just pointed to menu. Not the best stay I’ve had here.
