Welcome to the Loft at Maiden Lane. Completely renovated in the Spring of 2020 you'll find a great blend of historic features with plenty of luxury touches. Located on the 2nd floor with 2 outside entrances, the Loft offers 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, kitchen, dining room, work station, and living room. Absolutely everything is brand-new, and we've inlcluded all of the little touches to make your stay extra comfortable and welcoming.

We are located just 1 block off of the main street in Historic Kennett Square. It's an easy walk into our small town to enjoy shops, restaurants, art galleries, and history.

Summary: My family (2 adults and 2 kids - 5 and 7) picked Kennett Square for a weekend trip and found this very charming apartment with a lot of character going on. Walking distance from the downtown area, this unit is on a very quiet street (or at least it *was* quiet until my kids got there...) with plenty of restaurants and shops within a ten minute walk. Longwood Gardens is probably the area's main attraction, but certainly not the only one. We visited the Delaware Museum of Natural History and the American Helicopter Museum - all within a half hour drive. Great for my boys. As for the unit itself, there was a comfortable amount of room for 4. The beds were soft, the linens were clean, and the full size kitchen was perfect for us. Recently updated, it had plenty of glassware and utensils, but (if I'm going to nitpick) there could have been a few more pots and pans. This is by no means a mark against it, but if you plan to cook a big dinner, you might want to come prepared. Very glad to have been able to stay here and would recommend to a friend.

Summary: My friend & I chose this property because it was near Longwood Gardens and Winterthur Gardens which was the reason for our roadtrip. This property was perfect! It was a fun, sweet little oasis in between our day trips. Lots of room to relax with all the amenities of home. We enjoyed the cozy cottage feel that it had and truly felt “home away fro home”. We would come here again and will recommend.

Summary: The apt/house was very convenient to town and nearby attractions. The neighborhood was quiet. It was very spacious and comfortable. Super clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable beds and plenty of space for 3 friends. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!
