Summary: Great newer hotel in The Brandywine Valley! Stayed for a quick overnight getaway and loved the contactless checkin/out, the amenities, and the custom artwork on the walls of the room. Every room was designed by a different artist! Only ding is that the HVAC system as pretty loud, but it didn’t dim the stay. We’d return here in a heartbeat and definitely will recommend Artelo!

Summary: It was one of the best experiences in Hotels.. when I arrived when directly to my room. No waste time in the reception.. The art in the walls and. Ceilings made me so happy .. Everyrhing was so clean the bathroom was so spacious and clean. The mini bar and espresso coffee machine was awesome no need to call anyone because all instructions was Clear and easy to do … 5 stars in everything

Summary: Artlo is an 18 room boutique motel run by a local non-profit. Each room contains murals on floors, walls and ceiling by a different artist on a different theme. Wow. Beyond this numerous carefully curated amenities abound.Local teas from Mrs Robinson's tea parlor, compostable Nespresso pods from a local roastery. All this makes you feel immersed in tĥe town. Highly recommend you support this wonderful project.

Summary: The room was spotlessly clean, stylish decor with beautiful art on the wall, short easy walk downtown, check-in was super easy, and staff was super friendly and helpful. A couple extra amenities available in the room were a Nespresso coffee maker and a white noise machine, nice extra touches! Highly recommend!

Summary: I absolutely love Artelo! I’ve had countless stays here to get away/focus on work/focus on relaxation. The rooms are beautiful, they are meticulously clean, and the amenities are delightful! The beds are extremely comfortable. I very much appreciate the Nespresso machine and the teas from our local tea shop. While I have a favorite room, the artwork in each is individual and so nicely done. I consider this a boutique hotel that our area is very lucky to have and recommend it to anyone visiting! Every experience has been a 10/10!!

Summary: This was a new kind of experience for my wife and me. The environment was delightful, but one does have to understand they have to be able to navigate with modern technology. There is no "person" on site to hand hold or to guide. Not that this was a negative, but it would be easy to see how some might find this uncomfortable. That being said, everything one might need was available and easy to access. The room was delightful, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. It was very pleasant to be able to enjoy the amenities offered including the in room coffee, milk and water. Something most hotel charge extra. Overall a most wonderful experience and according to my wife, one we will certainly look to experience again.

Summary: I liked everything about the room, it was large and clean. The artwork was lovely. The bed was large and comfortable and the shower was spacious. The amenities were all very nice too. Would definitely stay again

Summary: There was a glitch getting into the room as the check in instructions left out an important detail. This was addressed the next morning and was an IT issue with the way the instructions were delivered. The Nespresso machine did not work and, as we were leaving to go find coffee, Brian came by and was able to fix it. Loved the space and bathroom/Shower set up was great. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were huge and somewhat unusable. I was glad I bought my own pillow. Response from host was quick and friendly. Easy walk into town for breakfast.
