Summary: I really enjoyed the stay here. The room was cute, the scenery was beautiful, and the staff was excellent. There were a couple things I wish went more smoothly and some things communicated better. I booked on Vrbo, so it could be on them. The listing said there was a microwave and a fire pit but it was a communal microwave, one per building and according to the hotel I didn’t get a room with a fire pit, even though Vrbo said it did. I really depended on this as I have young to older kids. That was not fun and the trip became more complicated. The room was always too warm and never felt cooled down.I would stay here again but not book through Vrbo. Only through the hotel.

Summary: Driving up to the site it looked clean, well maintained and visually pleasing. It is on a very busy roadway, but our room was at the back of the site and it was quiet. The check-in process was friendly and quick. Eac room has a patio and we thought our room would have a river view but about half of the rooms actually face a parking lot. Our room was one with a parking lot view. Entering the building that our room was located in was a little bit of a let down. The carpets and interior were well maintained, but the hallway seemed narrow with dark carpets and white walls-clean but blah. The room was really nice. It seemed like it had a recent update and the bathroom looked fresh and was clean. The beds, including the bunk beds were clean and comfortable. They provided plenty of towels for our party. The outdoor pool was closed, but the indoor pool was large and the hot tub was large. The landscaping was also extensive and well maintained. In all it was a nice stay.
