Summary: This is the 4th or 5th time I have stayed at the Riverhouse Lodge and it is the only place I stay in Bend. As a women traveling alone for business I always feel safe and comfortable. There is nothing like a river view with a patio and fire pit. My favorite thing is to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and getting lost in a good book on the patio.

Summary: They kept running out of towels, which was amusing for a place with two pools and a hot tub, but maybe one of the washing machines broke down or something. Otherwise, it was truly magical. Our room overlooked the river and we could hear it through the screen door all night. The pools were refreshing and one of them was inside a large glass house with the hit tub which kept the heat in. There were plants all around and inside the glass house which made it feel very luxurious. It was also right in the middle of town making everything we wanted to get to pretty speedy. Thanks Riverhouse! Can't wait to come back!

Summary: This is a magical place on the side of the river where we were able to toast some s’mores under the moonlight with the outside fireplace. Restaurant adjacent to the property is fantastic and it is a wonderful property.

Summary: Gorgeous property. Hard to beat a river flowing through! Restaurant was yummy and gorgeous too. Staff friendly. Very lovely stay.

Summary: Amazing location on the river. Food & drinks at Currents is highly recommended as it’s on the river and regularly has live music.

Summary: Beautiful location, decent amenities but rooms are not super clean, very old facilities even with the upgrades. They tried to cover up the flaws by using super dark paints but the wear down still shows.

Summary: We were up sold on a room that wasn't available, had to wait an hour for the room to be prepared. Once we finally got to the room got out all our luggage, the key card we were given wouldn't work. We then had to load all our luggage back in the car, drive around to the front desk wait in line again to get the key card activated again. The hotel is fine, but they couldn't get their act together, completely dysfunctional.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the Riverhouse Lodge. It was a beautiful place to stay, had a restaurant on-site and rooms/beds werer comfortable. However, it was an unfortunate check-in as they were very behind and we had a later check-in after driving 6 hours. We also had to call for towels after we got to our room and had to call a couple times before they were delivered. We were never offered a food coupon or comp at the restaurant for the inconvenience which was a bummer.

Summary: I hate being nickel and dimed, so the $10 per night parking fee for one vehicle was a turn off. Also, the bathroom floor was sticky, and the carpet had some kind of goo in spots like old gum. However, my children really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools.
