Summary: Best stay of our road trip so far. Defiantly raised the bar for our upcoming nights. Would definitely stay here again, wish we spent longer here.

Summary: Older, but somewhat updated. Extra charges at check in...for parking and resort fee??? Our Waiter was very good at the restaurant, but the bar guy not so friendly and hostess. Nice to be on the river though. Probably wouldn't stay here again due to price.

Summary: Bravo to the marketing team! I kept seeing this hotel recommended when visiting Bend. My impression was that it was a beautiful, tasteful, and special place to stay. In reality, I would have been better off saving my money and staying at any standard hotel chain. The room was absurdly expensive for something that felt like just another motel room. Check-in makes you feel like a number. They nickel & dime you - $10 parking fee, really? Rooms are fine but sheets were loud, you could feel the plastic covers, and finishes are lackluster. Housekeeping started knocking on door early in the morning then every hour after that. Save your money.

Summary: Average. Nice view of the river. The TV didn't work but the office offered to send a maintenance man to check it but ok for us as not an important part of our trip. No TV is fine. No elevator but we do like the upper story so fine for us but wouldn't work for some. Lots of add on fees but that is probably the way it is now.

Summary: Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived and had to wait an hour and half for it to be ready after check-in. Shower wasn’t clean and had dark hairs in it. Disappointing experience for such an expensive hotel.

Summary: We stayed in a double queen with bunk beds! It was perfect for a in town stay / birthday sleepover for my daughter and her friends. Lots of space, and the swimming pools were perfect temperature. There were pool noodles and beach balls to play with. The kids had a great time. Having Netflix on the TV allowed them to watch a new favorite movie too. Beds were comfy. Pillows were pretty flat, so I'd recommend bringing your own. A/c system was a little loud. Overall though, great stay.
