This 3 bedroom 2 bath fully equipped home has been completely renovated by the new owners. The home is located in beautiful Rotonda West.. It's your choice, shopping, golfing or walking one of the many gorgeous beaches of the gulf coast, all are only minutes away. The master bedroom has a king size bed with his and hers walk-in closets, and an ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and roman shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a large closet. The third bedroom has a king size bed and a large closet. The large open kitchen is an entertainers delight with the dinning room just off to one side or if you would rather eat outside, the kitchen has a pass-through to the lanai. The living room will draw you into the house from the foyer with a spectacular view of the pool area. The second bathroom can be accessed from the house or the lanai area. The lanai has plenty of room for entertaining and overlooks the heated pool and back yard.

Summary: Lovely place to stay. We stayed with out 8 and 3 year olds and my wife's parents. the house and pool were excellent and we were SO close to many great gulf beaches. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This was our second time booking this home and was everything we expected and more. Wonderful layout of floor plan that afforded privacy and function. The pool and lanai were the perfect oasis to spend your day. Owners accommodating and thought of everything to ensure your stay was memorable. Will definitely return next year. A five star for sure!
