Our house sustained minimal damage inside from Ian. All repairs have been completed inside.
There is a new pool cage over the lanai and the pool is fully functional! We lost a few trees but there is still a beautiful lake to view!

Summary: This was our second time staying at this property. The host is super thoughtful and easy to reach. You can’t beat the location 17 min from englewood beach and the pool area is so lovely and private. The sunsets from the pool are amazing. The place is very spacious and clean. We will be back!

Summary: Amazing! Love the pool!! En the view. The births en the house was very comfortable. Only the bed in the masterbedroom was old and unstable. Anyway everything was great and we enjoy the stay there.

Summary: This is our third year staying at this location and we absolutely love it. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic, and we feel very safe. Dolly is a great host and if we have any issues or problems she responds immediately. Overall, the home is very spacious and comfortable with all the amenities one could ask for. We particularly enjoy the large, heated pool located under the lanai right off from the living room. We would recommend this vacation home in the strongest possible terms.

Summary: First of all: Dolly's villa is beautiful, very clean, well maintained and definitely recommended! We have been coming to Florida for 20 years and always look forward to the "new" house. Privacy and a quiet neighborhood are particularly important to us; we pay attention to the pool and view. All of this is available here and we enjoyed it for 3 weeks. Sitting at the lanai in the evening, looking over the lake and watching the birds was very relaxing. We immediately felt at home, we liked the beach style and the colors of the house. Everything is very well maintained, clean and functional and "cozy". We'd love to come back!
