Truly unique, this riverfront custom estate home is an entertainer's delight offering coveted southern exposure and 7,300 square feet of living area. This residence features a Master Suite and 3 additional bedrooms with bathrooms (all renovated in 2020). Also there is a library, an office, a media room with pool table and garage. There is a guesthouse complete with its own bathroom and a completely renovated outside bar with an Outdoor TV. The two-story lanai screen enclosure offers an immense spa and pool with a custom water feature in a private serene setting. The pool decking was completely redone in 2021 with white leather marble. Fine upgrades and finishes are found throughout, including a grand entry with arched mahogany doors, a custom circular staircase with iron balustrade, marble and wood flooring, arched picture windows, art niches, coffered and custom ceilings, extensive millwork, custom lighting, columns, granite, curved walls, fireplace and decorative coral moldings. The rear of the home has extensive windows, offers plenty of natural light and opens to the fabulous and spacious outdoor living area, which leads to your own private dock and lift (though too shallow for a boat given the tides). The gourmet kitchen overlooks the great room and lanai, the formal dining and living rooms will wow you with their design elements and the master suite has a spacious sitting area and a balcony overlooking the river.
