Summary: Ein großes Dankeschön an die Damen von Designer Tours: immer ein offenes Ohr, versuchen bei Problemen schnell Abhilfe zu schaffen. Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit hat hier alle Sterne verdient. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet. Allerdings störte uns sein hochmodernes Steuerungssystem. Im Haus verteilt sind überall Reihen von Tastern mit kleiner Beschriftung, da muss man sich erst zurecht finden. Im Sommer angenehm. Über Weihnachten hatten wir es jedoch nicht angenehm warm genug, die Heizung ließ sich über längeren Zeitraum nicht höher stellen. Auf unsere Beschwerde hin musste zuerst aus der Ferne die Heizanlage neu eingestellt werden. Dafür störte dann sehr häufig der Pelletofen direkt neben der Sitzecke im Wohnzimmer mit wiederkehrenden unangenehmen Geräuschen. Nach erneuter Rücksprache konnte wenigstens aus der Ferne die Heizung für den Abend zur Ruhe gebracht werden.
