Fantastic apartment in beach house style right on the sea. The large south-facing terrace is adjacent to the marina of Marina-Olpenitz. From the bedroom our guests enjoy the view of the Schlei, the Schleimündung and the Baltic Sea. The apartment is high quality and tastefully decorated and offers with two bedrooms and a spacious living area with integrated kitchen and dining table the perfect holiday home for carefree holidays on the water. The apartment Pier51 is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house, which was built directly on a jetty and surrounded by water.
The light-filled rooms of the apartment stretch over 83 m². The open-plan living space has a comfortable sofa with armchairs and offers beautiful panoramic views of the resort's harbor. The spacious living area is a great center for a family holiday. The adjoining open-plan kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher and a range of technical amenities, as well as a dining area that overlooks the water at breakfast. Relax on the large terrace, which is directly adjacent to the yacht harbor and faces south. Watch the incoming and outgoing sailing yachts or fish directly from the terrace. For leisurely hours you also have an original Baltic Sea beach chair available.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, which allow awakening with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the mouth of the Schleuse or to Maasholm. Both bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed 160x200 cm and blackout curtains.
In the large spa bath with infrared sauna and mood light, a large whirlpool with integrated shower, toilet and vanity starts the day particularly beautiful. At Schietwetter you can relax and be relaxed. A washing machine is also available.
On the terrace our guests have a dining table, 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers and a parasol available. In the own beach chair can be enjoyed from the terrace the sunset with a Sundowner. For a cozy barbecue, our guests also have an electric grill available. Take advantage of the lawn around the house and look forward to a parking space in front of the house.
Note for guests with reduced mobility: You reach the apartment through a stepless entrance. All doors (except sauna) have a width of 80 cm. In the bathroom, if necessary, a tub / swivel seat is available which is placed on the edge of the tub. The patio door threshold can be overcome by a ramp. At the toilet we have attached a handle. The apartment is wheelchair friendly but not completely handicapped accessible. Please ask for safety.

Summary: Die An und Abreise war unkompliziert. In der sehr sauberen Wohnung hat es uns an Nichts gefehlt. Von Gewürzen in der Küche bis zu vernünftigen Decken, um sich bei herbstlichem Wetter auf die Terrasse zu kuscheln und den Ausblick zu genießen, war alles da. Sogar eine kleine DVD Sammlung haben wir in der Wohnung gefunden. Ob man das bei den vielen Unternehmunsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung braucht wagen wir zu bezweifeln, aber es ist einfach an alles gedacht worden. Das haben wir so noch nicht erlebt. Die Anlage ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren an der Ostsee. Auch für Urlaub mit Kindern ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen. Das Hafenbecken ist sicher abgezäunt, Freizeitpark und Schwimmbad sind in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war freundlich und problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Summary: Pier51 ist eine tolle Ferienwohnung für einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe und Herz ausgestattet und alles was man brauch in der Küche, sowie eine Auswahl an Gesellschaftsspielen und sogar DVD's. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Als Willkommensgruß stand eine Flasche Wein bereit, die Teelichter wurden alle mit Kerzen bestückt und ein kurzer Anruf ob die Gäste eine gute Anreise hatten. Die gesamte Betreuung und die Abwicklung war herzlich, freundlich, unkompliziert und reibungslos. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist fantastisch. Die kleine Strandbucht die in wenigen Fußminuten zu erreichen ist, lädt zum ausgiebigen Baden ein und für die Erfrischung gibt es eine Strandbar. Hinfahren, selber angucken, wir waren begeistert, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Vielen Dank :-)

Summary: Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern in der sehr schönen Ferienwohnung gelebt und nicht nur geschlafen. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Tag bis zum letzten Tag sehr wohl in Pier51. Sehr toll ist der Stellplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft. Dieser ist , von insgesamt 4 Stellplätzen, ganz außen positioniert, sodass man großzügig parken, und anschließend Kind und Kegel entspannt aus dem Auto holen kann. Die Wohnung hat einen sehr schönen, auch modernen Beach-House-Stil. Der Ausblick ist unglaublich mit Blick auf die Schlei von den Schlafzimmern aus, und den Panoramablick auf den Hafen des Resorts vom Wohnraum aus. Wir haben die meiste Zeit tatsächlich im Strandkorb auf der Terrasse und im Wohnraum verbracht. Die Küchenaustattung ist super und fast ausschließlich WMF-geprägt, sodass uns das Kochen besonders Spaß gemacht hat. Die Internet-Verbindung war schnell, und auch der Handy-/LTE-Empfang (mit 5 vollen Balken) viel besser als bei uns zu Hause. Oft haben wir das Bose-Wave-Radio genutzt um Musik via Handy zu streamen. Netflix ist auf dem Fernseher verfügbar. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Olepnitz verbracht. Die saubere und sehr schön ausgestattete Wohnung, die sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft, der wunderschöne Blick auf das Wasser, und die Strandtage haben uns und unseren Kindern einen tollen erholsamen Urlaub ermöglicht. Die Hafenpromenade sowie den Spielplatz mit Bolzplatz an der Resortzufahrt haben wir mehrmals besucht. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder, bis dahin Liebe Grüße und 5 Sterne für Pier51

Summary: Wir haben nichts auszusetzen. Es sah alles sehr schön aus, es war auch alles da. Der Service war super. In der Dusche gab es leider starke Temperaturschwankungen und die Duschwand ist leider etwas zu kurz. Die Vorhänge haben leider schon deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Ansonsten alles super.

Summary: Unsere erste Ferienwohnung, unser erster Urlaub an der Ostsee und wir kommen wieder. Obschon wir nicht vom Wettergott verwöhnt wurden, kam keine Langeweile aus. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem zipp und zapp. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vor allem nichts aber auch garnichts abgewohnt. Klasse Matratzen, genügend Stauraum und ein super Bad.
