No use of any recreational vehicles on the property at anytime during your stay – please inquire how to access trails in the Baddeck area.

Bell Bay Golf Course Booking Procedure (New for 2025 and all subsequent years):
• Each condo guest will have a maximum 7-day booking window prior to their desired tee time (ie: should a guest book 10 days, 2 weeks or a month out from intended tee time, privileges (free golf) will not be extended….booking can be made anytime within 7 days of the associated tee time right up to the hour of. This is the same policy that all regular golf club members abide by and safeguards paying guests appropriate access). For short notice bookings while in Cape Breton, Guests are heavily encouraged to book online rather than drop in at the course. This also will ensure the golf course personnel can confirm proper reservations are in place prior to your arrival at the course.
• All reservations must be made online via Chrono Golf (https://www.bellbaygolfclub.com/book-a-tee-time/ ) or via the Chrono Golf App and require a credit card on file. This is and has been a current policy among current user groups. The main green fee's and power cart rental costs will not be charged to your credit card as long as this process is followed.
• Guests must include their rented condo unit number and the names of all associated players when booking in the “NOTES” section of green fee reservation. Matching this detail with the booking information of the property allows for confirmation and a seamless check in.
• Bookings are subject to the golf course's normal cancellation policy, course rules and regulations as found on the Bell Bay Golf Course website.
Surcharges
• Each player will incur a $25CAD + tax booking surcharge per green fee booking. The green fee charged will remain at $0.
• For those utilizing cart privileges, an additional $5 + tax surcharge per player per round will apply. The cart rental will remain at $0.
• All booking surcharges will be calculated and payable at check-in at the Pro Shop.
Important Reminders
• Rounds booked via ChronoGolf in excess of the 7-day booking window will have the full paying green fee applicable, and privileges will not be extended. Replay rounds on the same day can not be confirmed until the first round is complete as has been our policy for all member and user groups.

Summary: A group of eight guys headed to Cape Breton for 4 nights and five days at Baddeck and luckily picked the best possible place to stay that we could. The course is right next to Bell Bay Golf Club which was convenient for us as we played three rounds there, one at Cape breton Highlands (1 hr away) and one round at the Lakes at Ben Oein (1 hr away). House was clean and well supplied. Everything worked properly in the unit and we had no problems. Communications with Tyson was quick and easy and I would highly recommend this place for your holiday. Definietly five stars!!

Summary: Check-in was good and the rooms were stocked up with essential supplies (bathrooms and kitchen). However, none of the TVs were working and were only looked at after 1 nights stay (it could only show 1 channel after it was fixed and none of the kids channels that we were looking for). Fan in one of the rooms was not working and we had an awful time trying to sleep at night. Was not fixed at all during our stay. Given the difficulty of sleeping at nights, given the hot rooms, this was a terrible experience. Owner’s responsiveness is poor and not at all timely. Will not stay again here and possibly not try to find anything with Vrbo again.

Summary: The accommodation was ideally located and some of our party enjoyed the inclusive golf. The dining facility was on a high unit with bar stools which may not work for all and there was a shortage of crockery. However would happily rebook.

Summary: Our stay here was everything we could ask for. The house was well-stocked and clean. There was plenty of room for the four of us and seating was comfortable in the living room area. Owner was responsive when we had questions and we were able to take advantage of the golf nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Great place and location. Included golf was excellent. Hard to just go for a walk from the property as it was a busy road but in town for walk wasn’t far to drive. Baddeck had everything you needed and the whole Cabot Trail was there to explore as well. Unfortunate that we had Hurricane Lee come through and the weather was not stellar but made the most of it and it could have been much worse if we were in the direct Hurricane path.

Summary: Perfect accommodations, very clean, the host was excellent to deal with, great golfing, well-maintained, golf course and property, before we arrived we were informed about the oven not working, and they brought a new one within a couple hours after we arrived, Hoping to be back again next year. Summary: Large bedrooms with very comfy beds, on suits were great 2 four piece and one two piece more then adequate. T.V’s in all the rooms with great selection. Internet was not great hard to have more then one user on at a time. Outdoor Patio set was great and did use a lot but it could use cushions. BBQ was excellent very clean. Kitchen could have been stocked better no spices! We did loose power one night could not find the emergency kit you have listed in booklet, flashlight we did find batteries were dead. We did manage to find a couple of candles in the back of one of the cupboards. Your not overlooking the golf course you must drive but it is only 5 minutes away. There is no pool on premises or workout room all was at the check in resort about 10 minute drive from your cottage. Very close to Cabot trail and two very good restaurants Freight Shed and Bell Bouy Bistro. We did have a fantastic stay…but somewhat miss leading overall.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay! The only minor blip was that we did not know check-in procedures at the time (go to the Inverary Resort front desk), but it worked out fine. We loved the space, views, private access to the lake beach, location to town and golf. It was a perfect vacation spot for our family of four. Very comfortable and we were sad to leave!
