The space
Entrance is located at ground level with pleasant entrance hall for shoes and coats.
We have a spiral staircase which leads to the living accommodation. Set over 3 floors with kitchen, seating and dining area to first floor. This area has floor to ceiling windows offering breath taking 360 degree countryside views.
The third floor has a secondary seating area, 3 king bedrooms and 1 double bedroom all with own en-suites.

Please be aware there are 60 steps on the spiral staircase to reach the accommodation.

Summary: The Good and the Bad. Let's start with the bad - not much to say here. There are 66 stairs to the three floors. Getting to the primary floor is not too bad, around 22 stairs. The next level, well, another 22 stairs. The top floor, yep, another 22 stairs. This wasn't a bother as even the older of our group found the exercise refreshing. And the GOOD: - The views are incredible. - The house is the coolest in all of the land. - Way more space than I could have imagined or thought there would be. - Amazing kitchen for those who choose to cook at home. - Nearby to all the coolest things around (Blacker Hall Farm, Sculpture Garden). - Fair price for the value, especially for larger groups. - Triple paned glass keeps it very quiet inside. - Comfortable furniture that seems to fit the angles perfectly (custom dining room table is very cool). - Spacious bathrooms. In short, if you're in the area, this is as much of a 'must see/do' as anything else. Add it to your list of places and enjoy the views!
