Positive: Couldn't fault anything from this property, the set up is amazing. Was clean,welcoming and the location and views were unbelievable. The hosts were very welcoming and kept us update with any issues that came up during our stay.

Positive: Stylish place, very modern, clean and tidy. Kitchen well equipped. Lovely location with nice views.

Negative: Liked the large window from the lounge but no blinds or curtains so not much privacy, should add not a busy area. Bathroom fan was quite irritating as it was motion activation so had to keep the door shut after going in there to kill the noise. There didn't appear to be any heating. It wasn't particularly cold but it wasn't warm either. Alot of stuff controlled by ipads so maybe I missed it. Whilst there was tea, coffee and condiments, there was no milk 😱, no sachets or powdered. Searched high and low and didnt want to get back in the car, I guess I should've known as it was an apartment but drinking black tea isn't my cup of tea. For me rule number 1 is make sure you can have a cuppa!! I didn't have an unpleasant stay but some things just didnt suit me, and all in all for nearly £100 a night i think it was overpriced.

Positive: Beautiful location with luxurious amenities in the coach house. Great value for money. Hosts have thought of everything.

Negative: Lots of technology managing the lights, heating & ventilation which was a bit difficult for me to use at first as I'm not tech savvy.

Positive: Beautiful views of the Yorkshire countryside. A modern property that still felt cosy and comfortable. Such accommodating hosts, especially with my partners broken ankle, communication was fantastic throughout.
