Positive: We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and professional. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable — everything felt thoughtfully prepared. The facilities were great and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Positive: It was very nice place, there was an internal yard where you could park the car. The interior design was mint, there was a heated floor in my room.

Negative: Sound insulation was not the best one but neither bad.

Summary: It was a great place to stay, and I would definitely come back in the future.

Positive: This was by far the best accommodation we had during our travel around Armenia. The "Luxury" in the name has a meaning. We felt like family guests, the hosts also gave us many tips for attractions in the area. Abundant and delicious breakfast. Plus, we got a really good price with free upgrade - maybe it was an effect of off season, but it made the price-value ratio really unbeatable.

Positive: Perfect from the minute we arrived. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, anything you needed they were there for. I could not recommend this place enough. Great stay and would 1000% return. Hopefully in the summer this time!

Positive: A hotel in a very quiet area in the beautiful city of Sevan with very polite and respectful staff. They paid attention to all my requests and responded positively. The interior of the rooms is very clean and modern and has a wonderful bathroom. It is located near Sevan Lake and you will be at Sevan Lake in 7-8 minutes by car. The air conditioning system in the rooms is very good and there are enough windows. I think it is worth staying and you can enjoy it.

Negative: first of all i was worry about parking and heating of room. 1- they have good place for parking in their yard and in front of hotel which both are safe place. 2-heating system is perfect. we were in December there which the weather temperature was -3 but everything in the room was good and heating system was perfect.
