Positive: The rooms were large and very beautiful. The price was excellent value for what we got. The owner /staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. I definitely recommend this hotel. It far surpassed my expectations!

Negative: The location on Google maps is incorrect (should be updated soon) The entrance is only about 30m away from where Google says but it can be confusing.

Positive: Luxury it's a name that completely match with the place. It's a brand new hotel decorate with a lot of taste. Very confortable room. A private garden parking. Staff is lovely and try always to help. My best stay in Armenia for the moment. I really enjoyed it

Positive: The location was a few minutes away from Lake Sevan, I mistakenly thought it was closer to the lake shores. That did not put us off though as we couldn’t ask for a better host. One of the kindest people met in Armenia, he’ll go the extra mile to help you. The rooms were very spacious, spotlessly clean, modern and the bed was very comfortable. They have a parking space which was good too. Would definitely recommend. Breakfast was delicious too. For the warmer days, there’s a swimming pool and sun loungers in a private garden, which we did not use.

Positive: Luxury was like an oasis in the Sevan city. Our room had a lot of space with a modern design, a double bed, and air conditioning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the breakfast and the lovely garden. The owners organised a day tour that was great, taking us to the national park, a monastery, a church, and the centre of Delijan. The owners were very kind and helpful, making our experience truly memorable.
