Positive: 10/10 – Wonderful Stay The property was amazing—very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was exactly as described, and we had a wonderful stay.
Negative: Mrs. Ruzanna was an exceptional host. She was very hospitable, kind, and always ready to help, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

Positive: We had a fantastic two-night stay here. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, and the peaceful garden with hammocks, homegrown fruit, and chickens made it a wonderful place to relax. The location is excellent, with Lake Sevan and several great swimming spots just a short drive away. Although there isn't a dedicated children's bed, the sofa was perfect for our son and the hosts kindly provided an extra blanket. They were very accommodating and made us feel genuinely welcome as a family. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Positive: I have a wonderful stay in this beautiful guess house. The owner is very friendly and welcoming, the whole family treat me like part of their family, always offer me coffee and sweat. Facilities well equipped, clean and comfy, very beautiful garden. Within 5 minutes walk to the lake. Best place I stay in Armenia, I will miss this place and family alot.

Positive: The hosts are extremely kind and warm people. They welcome each guest as a best friend. You can spend your time in their big garden full of flowers and apple trees. You can request to eat dinner/breakfast at their place and then you get a gigantic, delicious meal with home-made bread, cheese, compote, veggies from their garden, local fish/meat etc. Roza is a great chef! In your free time you can go on a day trip with Suren. He will show you all the prettiest places around. It's a great place to stay for both short and long, to cut off from reality and just relax and enjoy your true Armenian holidays! Special thanks to the hosts, Roza and Suren, for their hospitality and unlimited kindness! We will be back! :)
