Welcome to our luxurious Two Bedroom Home that is almost on the beach. Our
home is private and has a private walkway to the beach. Another home sits
between us and the beach, so technically, we are not Beach Front, but we are
extremely close!
We do offer garage parking for two vehicles, High Speed WiFi along with a
Smart TV. We are also pet friendly. We have central Heat/AC and are happy to
offer a wonderful space for your and your family to make memories!
**Parties are not Allowed**
We offer the following features: Two Bedrooms; Two King Size Beds and one Twin
size bed; High Speed Wifi and a large 65 " smart TV that will allow you to
stream your own Entertainment Services; We are pet friendly with a $99 Pet
Fee; We have Central Heat/AC; Off-Street and Garage Parking; Balcony with a
small view of the water.
Although we are very close to being Beach Front, there is a home in between
use and the beach. So technically we are Beach Side. To get to the beach,
simply walk in between the homes just in front of us. It is a shared walkway
and there are no streets to cross.
To access this home, you must ascend one flight of stairs. Once inside,
everything is on one floor.
Parties are NEVER allowed and we will immediately evict and cancel your
reservation if our neighbors are disturbed by your noise!
You may park inside the garage or just in front of the garage doors - your
choice.
We are Beach side, with another home in between us and the beach. However,
there are no streets to cross, just follow the path and in 30 seconds you will
be on the Beach!
Pet Fee is $99 per pet per stay.
If not disclosed prior to your stay, the pet fee is $300
Pets must be house trained and stay off of bedding and furniture
An Extra Cleaning fee of $99 will be charged to remove pet hair from bedding
or furniture
There is additional pet fee $100 per dog excluding tax and processing fee for
all guests with ESAs (Emotional Support Animals).
Extra Charges:
Early Check-In for 1 PM - $75 (if available) Late Check-Out at 1 PM - $75 (if
available)
Normal Check Out is 10 AM. A fee of $45 per hour is charged beginning at
10:05 AM
Cleaners are on a schedule and can not be kept waiting!
This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise. Quiet
hours begin at 9 PM.

Summary: The property was very clean & offered plenty of space for us as well as our two larger dogs. Loved that there was garage access. We were, however, pestered by small ants in the kitchen area but were kept to a minimum as long as we kept everything clean. Some quirky issues existed such as loose towel bars in the bathroom and a sliding glass door that wouldn't lock. Didn't have direct access to the beach but was still a very short walk to it; property owner was VERY responsive & left very detailed check-in & check-out instructions.

Summary: The owner had very good communication. The house was more or less a typical rental.Good parking close to the beach. View of the ocean is teeny if you can find it through the large bushes at the deck

Summary: Not sure how luxury fits in the ad. Found several things lacking that could have been very easy fixes for a better stay. Paint was apparently placed over water damaged area and didn’t match. Bedsheets had holes in them. Towel bars fell apart and were not secure. Lock on patio was broken. Bedrooms were on a very loud street. Noise dampening curtains, a real paint job, and matching dishes could have gone along way on improving experience very inexpensively. Even though I’m being negative it was a very short walk to the beach and there was a nice restaurant across the street. Beds were comfortable and there was a nice gathering area for our family.

Summary: Property was easy to locate. I was thankful for garage access. Would not have been comfortable leaving my car outside. There was very heavy traffic 18 hours out of the day, and both bedrooms were located streetside. Definitely not the best place for light sleepers. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. Owner was very accessible and responded quickly.
