We have recreated this Beach Front unit into a small creative space that will
be perfect for a couple or a couple with one child.
You will have your own private entrance and private deck with a beautiful view
of the beach. We have a Large Smart TV, High speed Wi-Fi. We have one Queen
Size Bed.
We are also pet friendly (with a $99 pet fee for each pet) with a fenced in
yard. Parking is right outside your door.
### **The space**
Come stay with us and enjoy this most unique beach front home. For anyone who
is looking for an economical stay, and is ok with angled ceilings and smaller
spaces this unit is perfect. We are right on the beach with a fenced in yard
and we are pet friendly.
As is typical with attic units, it has angled ceilings and is perfect for
those who do not need an abundance of space. This loft/studio has one Queen
Size Bed. It is ideal for a beach-loving couple looking for a budget-friendly
space.
You will have your own private entrance and deck. It has a Large Smart TV,
High speed WiFi and Off-Street parking.
We are also pet friendly with a fenced in yard.
The house was built in the early 1950's and can have typical flaws associated
with an older home. If you are in need of perfection, this may not be the
perfect property for you. However, if you want to be on the beach in an
economical way, this unit is ideal for a couple as there is only the one queen
bed.
We have a shared backyard that is fenced and perfect for the little ones (two
legged as well as four legged) to run and play. The yard is shared with the
main house below, so please keep it clean and pick up after your dogs!! The
Beach is just on the other side of the dune and is visible with a beautiful
view from the deck/porch.
Parking is right outside your door.
One parking space, but if you will be traveling in two cars, we do have some
additional parking next door.

Pet Fee is $99 per pet per stay.

Pets must be house trained and stay off of bedding and furniture

Summary: Very nice spot

Summary: The apartment itself was very cute. It was warm and cozy during the January snowstorm. Unfortunately, the yard and parking area were not as described in the listing. The yard is not fully fenced and the parking is nearly impossible if the other units are occupied. Communication with the property manager is awful. You have to go through Red Awning, their gatekeeper, with any issues. The communication process is not user friendly. As these and other issues became untenable, I decided to end my stay early. The property manager did call and offer to relocate me to another unit on the property but that would not have solved the issues. I declined and explained why. The property manager said he understood and apologized for not contacting me sooner. He also said I would be refunded for unused days of my reservation. I have not yet received that refund. When I followed up, there was no response.

Summary: Nice for a short stay, if you dont plan to spend a lot of time indoors. enclosed deck very convenient for pets, but latch was broken. Place was hard to find, directions that state it is directly across the street from the brewery restaurant would help as that is a noticable landmark.
