Summary: Great week. Can’t fault the property or location. Although small it has everything you need and is a very short walk to the beach and centre of Polzeath which is fantastic. We’d highly recommend and would definitely book again.

Summary: Could not be better placed, 100 yards from beach, 50 yards from shops/food/pub. Yet was still private and quiet. Comfortable well equipped. Would definitely recommend the accommodation and the destination

Summary: Communication with the owner, Dominic, brilliant. Very friendly and personal. Perfect location and very close to the beach and restaurants, therefore offers a good degree of independence for members of the family. While a small property it is exactly what is stated. Only issue was night storage heaters keep the house too hot during the night; however, the solution was just turn the ones in the bedroom off

Summary: Really enjoyed our short stay, fab location. Only very minor criticism is no hairdryer, which we didn't think to bring, as have always had one in other properties. It certainly wouldn't stop us coming again.
