Summary: Booked the Navigators for a weekend break to see a friend in a surf competition. Great communication from the owner and easy payment online. What a great property, really clean and a great location close to beach. We would not hesitate to book again and plan to return next year.

Summary: A holiday stay recently built & finished to the highest standard. Furniture, heating, bathrooms, beds & equipment pleasing well above average for holiday rentals. Very quiet location in late March yet clearly Polzeath is a well loved family holiday & surfing Mecca. Enjoy the beach & coastal walks because they could hardly be closer!

Summary: The property is well thought through for a family beach holiday. It is spotlessly clean and decorated to a very high standard. Within walking distance for all local amenities and perfectly placed for a short walk to the beach which is a hugely popular surfing destination. The outdoor shower to the rear of the property is a great touch, however the security code lock on the gate needs looking at as the gate wouldn't lock to keep wetsuits/surfboards secure. We had a fantastic week in the perfect holiday home, would highly recommend.

Summary: On arrival we obtained the key from the key safe and on entering the property the first thing you notice is how new it all is. We were apparently only the second booking in the property. At ground floor level there is one double room ( with ensuite facilities) and one twin room. The double bed was very comfortable at least 5 foot wide! Also a full bathroom with shower head above the bath. Upstairs you enter an open plan living dining and kitchen area comprising a good size fridge dishwasher washing machine halogen hob and decent sink. Plenty of cookery and cutlery provided in addition to the usual utensils. The plumbing is modern using an unvented system so the showers have good power. There are two two seater settees in the lounge area which were very comfortable in addition a good sized flat screen TV with wi fi router underneath. The bedrooms also have smaller wall mounted TV's. There is a patio door leading to a balcony from where you can enjoy views of the sea and the sunsets. Table and 4 chairs provided. Round the back for surfers there is an outdoor push button shower for washing wet suites etc. 500 yards away you will find a couple bars / restaurants but no "olde world" traditional pub! Try Port Isaac for that! There is a well stocked Spa shop and Fish n Chip shop. We enjoyed walking round the South West path which is easy to locate. We walked to Rock and took the ferry across to Padstow ( £4 return). We enjoyed lunch at Rick Steins cafe £23 for 3 courses before returning on the ferry and walking back. If you are used to walking this is an easy walk! You are within reasonable driving distance of the Eden project as well as Lanhydroc National Trust house and gardens both well worth a visit. Overall we had a very enjoyable week in a very welcoming and very clean modern property.
