Positive: Comfortable and quiet. Great view. Nice setup. Friendly owner and staff.

Negative: The main entry door got stock and hard to open and close, the tv speakers are faulty and rattle if volume turned up beyond 25 or so. Not enough blankets, the faucet handle in the shower kept coming off, the heater in the bedroom was nice but the reset of the house was pretty cold, GPS has a tough time finding Costa by Frasa. And, the fact that the management does not allow visitors, which is quite restrictive.

Summary: Some restrictions but overally a very good value

Positive: i liked the area where its located. The condo was clean and had everything you needed.

Negative: there was a couple of things that i didn't like. The entrance door is hard to open you need to push/ pull hard to open and close the door.

Positive: The location of this property was great. There was wonderful food within a few blocks and it was just a short drive to both Tijuana and Roserito. The staff was helpful and kind. The apartment was lovely and quite comfortable, and it was well equipped. We enjoyed watching dolphins swim by each day. The Jacuzzi was relaxing, and talking with other guests made the trip special. We definitely plan on returning!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. And hope to return soon!
