Negative: Make sure you ask for the list of rules if they don’t give it to you. Make sure you read all the rules. If you break any rule you will be charged 120USD no matter how small the infraction.

Positive: The host is always amazing. Goes about & beyond to make sure my stay is great! The location is perfect. The view is amazing. You have access to the beach, pool & hot tub. The pool stays open pretty late which is awesome and never over crowded. The place is always very clean and super safe. This is my home away from home!

Positive: This experience was a 10/10! Check in was so easy, host was descriptive and always on call. The condo staff were fast and friendly, very helpful. The condo itself always beautiful and immaculate. WiFi was fast so when I had to work it was perfect for zoom calls. The pools and hot tub were a great bonus and the ocean view from the patio is incredible. It’s a huge complex but it was quiet and very secure. And the best part was the price! I was skeptical because it was so affordable on a weekend as well. This place is in high demand, I almost want to say something negative so that when I’m back in TJ for work so it will be available 😂 but I really can’t. Amazing place amazing value!
