Summary: The house is very spacious. I loved the location, we wanted to stayed out of the strip, but at the same time to be close enough and this property allow us to do that. We were 9 people (4 adults and 5 kids) and the house was able to accommodate all of us. The advertising stated the house can accommodate up to 12, however there is a sign inside the home that no more than 10 people are allowed. Our main issue was the cleanliness of the property, especially the kitchen. A/C ducts were visibly dirty and didn't have any filters. The jacuzzi in the master bedroom was not operational and I was informed when I was already at the property. The water heater is not big enough for big families, we spread out the shower time since we ran out of hot water the first night.
