Summary: This house is well maintained, comes nicely stocked, and the host is very good at communication. We stayed a group of 10 and slept very comfortably and spaced out. The kitchen has plenty of room for meal prep. The pool was the best feature in July (and the really good AC). there are signs letting you know about streaming services, wifi, misc rules, but none are annoying. I would recommend this house to an group looking to stay near Vegas, but not on the strip.

Summary: We recently stayed for four nights at this property for a gaming retreat - more traditional gaming than most Vegas types, board games and D&D. Our key needs for a property are somewhere central to one of our group, enough bedrooms for all five of us and an expansive table that we can use. This rental delivered on those needs and more.The neighborhood is exceptionally quiet and residential - despite being within sight of a casino and two major roads, it's very serene. Communication with the host was quickly responded to and comprehensive. The kitchen was nicely stocked and appointed, and all the cupboards and drawers were labeled, which was a nice touch for people in an unfamiliar home. The hot tub and pool were not available during our stay, but they weren't the main attraction for our group and the issue was actively being fixed while we were there. If you're looking for a quiet retreat in Vegas and have an expansive group, this may be a great fit for you!

Summary: We went to Vegas for an event and needed a place for all of us to stay. The house was amazing! We will definitely stay there again in the summer. My only recommendation is a tv in every bedroom, mine did not have one, and only one negative… the check out instructions ask you to strip the beds…we did…. But I thought that’s why I paid a cleaning deposit so someone else gets paid to do that.

Summary: We were there for a lacrosse tournament. The house was in a great location. It was a very quiet neighborhood. We were bummed the hot tub was out of order but the host was very accommodating and responsive to my emails. The house was very clean and spacious and comfortable!
