Repeat Guests please reach out regarding our new policy. Our exceptional home, Casa Palmilla is located in the highly desired and quiet neighborhood of Desert Ridge. We are located on the border of North Phoenix and Scottsdale, only minutes from the Loop 101 and 51 Highway.
This fabulous home boasts a spacious open concept floorpan with 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, 2 living areas and a den. Our bedrooms have soft luxury linens along with with comfortable beds. We also have big screen TV's in family room as well as in master.
All rooms have high vaulted ceilings and beautiful wood plank tile floors. We have tastefully decorated with Pottery Barn contemporary type furniture.
One of the top features of this home is the retreat like private back yard with several waterfalls that cascade into a pebble tech pool Gorgeous landscaping and tons of flagstone turn this spacious backyard into a true paradise. It is the perfect spot to relax or entertain! We offer a heated pool for a charge of $40-55 per day in the winter season. Please note because our pool has an upgraded blackish pebble tech coating with a dark mottled appearance, this may resemble a murky bottom but it's just the nature of the design.

Summary: Wonderful home, space, pool and location! Exceeded our expectations by far!! Within an hour of being there, we all decided we would definitely stay here again! If we could give more than 5 stars, we would!! We wanted to stay somewhere with a pool, close to stores and shopping and near family in the area. It checked all the boxes. We enjoyed the pool and we never lacked for anything else during our stay! Excellent communication with the Host, which was so nice! Just wonderful!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and would rent again if in the area. For the property I would recommend going there first before the grocery store. It is fully stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, cooking essentials (olive oil, cooking spray), aluminum foil, plastic wrap, bath and body works hand soap for each bathroom etc. Plenty of bath and pool towels as well. The house itself is very comfortable with a split floor plan, master suite on one side and 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the other (1/2 bath inbetween both living rooms) and two HVAC’s. There were 5 of us but it would definitely fit more with no problem. Furniture, appliances and finishes all high end. Backyard is beautiful with desert landscaping and trees and of course the pool. Location is spot on. Very close to Desert Ridge shopping center, which has Target and many restaurants. I would highly recommend the Breakfast Kitchen Bar for breakfast, brunch, lunch at Desert Ridge. Since the property is located on the north side of Phoenix, Scottsdale and Sedona are easier to get to. Neighborhood is safe, quiet, clean with high end homes and walking trails. A few more restaurants I’d recommend: The Mexicano, The Arrogant Butcher, The Sicilian Butcher, Maria’s (for fry bread). The hosts, Kim and Stan are amazing. Quick responses via text message or by phone. We didn’t really need much but I’m sure if we did they would be on top of it. Thanks to both of you!!
